Nominate someone for a leadership position in our Chapter

Use this form to nominate one or more person for a position.  You do not have to nominate for each position.
The positions you may nominate for are:

• President
• Vice President
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Networking Coordinator
• Member of the Board of Directors

The form will be emailed to Julie Ryan, who will compile the nominations.
Please include as much information as possible for each nominee, like class year (or decade) and contact information.
