Ingredients
- 1/2 cup yogurt (plain) or sour cream
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh mint
- 3 Tbsp ground blanched almonds
- 1/4 tsp cardamom seeds, crushed
- 2 Tbsp citrus juice, orange or lemon
- 3 medium apples, cored and diced (use a crisp and sweet variety)
- 1/2 cup seedless grapes, halved
Method
- Mix everything except the apples and grapes together
- Then add the apples and grapes, coating well
- Chill about 30 minutes before serving
